Unfortunately, even the best-looking concrete can become soiled and worn over time due to normal foot or vehicle traffic, weather extremes, sunlight, tree sap and leaf accumulation. Mold, mildew and grime can dull the appearance. A good maintenance program includes the proper pressure washing and sealing of your stained or stamped concrete, pool decks, driveways, sidewalks, masonry work, brick pavers and stones.

Concrete is an investment. Don’t forget to maintain its original appearance through a full maintenance program. Concrete should be cleaned periodically (darker-colored surfaces tend to show dirt sooner and may require more frequent cleaning). Interior surfaces should be resealed every 12 to 24 months, and exterior surfaces should be re-sealed annually. When water no longer beads up on the surface, it is time to re-seal.
