Maintenance

Concrete is an investment. Don't forget to maintain its original appearance through a full maintenance program. Concrete should be cleaned periodically (darker-colored surfaces tend to show dirt sooner and may require more frequent cleaning). Interior surfaces should be resealed every 12 to 24 months, and exterior surfaces should be re-sealed annually. When water no longer beads up on the surface, it is time to re-seal. Be sure to ask about ACS' maintenance program.
